SAT Test Schedule -

$60.00 and late registration - additional $30.

Dec 2nd Test: regular registration deadline - November 2, 2023. Offered at E. Stroudsburg S, Pocono Mountain East, and Pleasant Valley.

IMPORTANT - SAT is transitioning to digital testing in March

Mar 9th, 2024 Test: regular registration deadline - February 23, 2024.

May 4th, 2024 Test: regular registration deadline - April 19, 2024.

June 1st, 2024 Test: regular registration deadline - May 17, 2024.

Register online at College Board. (Open in a new window) The sooner you register, the better the chance you have of getting the location of your choice. Students will need to create Log-in IDs and passwords.

******Remember to "choose" the 4 colleges that you want scores sent to for free when you register, OR up to 9 days after testing. (If you wait until after the test, the score reports will cost $12 each)

College-bounds students should apply to colleges as soon as possible for greatest opportunity.

FAFSA - NEW

  • Apply for Federal financial aid (Open in a new tab) after December, 2023, using 2022 income information. The FAFSA form provides the US government, PA state government, and colleges with information to determine student aid. If you haven't completed your taxes, you can apply with estimated numbers from the previous year. Detailed instructions (open in a new tab) for every FAFSA question.

CAUTION - the website must be FAFSA.ed.gov. Applying is free. There are other copycat sites that will charge you a fee.

The student and one parent will each need a FSAID to complete the FAFSA online. (You will have to "click" to open the page in a new tab)

Juniors

PSAT's were given this year at Evergreen on Thursday, October 5th. Results will be available on November 6th or November 16th.

Class Ring Information will be distributed in November. - Class Rings are OPTIONAL. Ring sizers are available to try on at school. Check Josten's (Open in a new tab) for an interactive design program. If you decide to order, you can design the ring online, and print our your choice. There may be discounts available by email in December, and throughout the year:)
